Meet the Team Executives Mike Chamberlain President, Chief Executive Officer In September 2004, the company continued its strategic growth with the appointment of Mike Chamberlain as President and CEO of AMO. Mr. Chamberlain adds a wealth of diverse and comprehensive senior management industry experience and firmly believes that success will only come from delivering outstanding client service and performance. His scope of industry experience encompasses senior operational and client relationship responsibilities for a broad range of service offerings. Mr. Chamberlain’s industry tenure spans 26 years with such respected firms as American Creditors Bureau, FM Services, Payco, National Revenue Corporation and OSI. Most recently Mike was the President of OSI’s Education Services.Scott J. Tsanos Chris Louis Chris Louis joined AMO as Vice President/Director of Application Development in April 2005. He is responsible for the design, planning, testing, and implementation of all development activity to our core collection system. In addition Mr. Louis has taken on the additional role of directing the AMO IT infrastructure including desktop support, telephony, dialers, network, internet, and project management. Mr. Louis began his career with GC Services in 1978 as a collector and quickly moved into management as assistant manager. In 1985 he was promoted to branch manger over GC Services’ Chicago branch and was awarded the Rookie Manager of the Year that same year. Mr. Louis is also a member of the GC Services Hall of Fame. In 1988 Mr. Louis joined Nationwide Credit, Inc. (then known as Credit Claims and Collections) as branch manager for their Chicago operations. In 1991 Mr. Louis transferred to Atlanta, GA running NCI’s Accounts Portfolio branch. In 1993 Mr. Louis transferred to the Information Technology Department and was promoted to Director of Systems Support where he was responsible for all day to day operations of the collection system including client interfaces, file transfers, application design and development, project management, and system support. Joe Lustek Joe Lustek joined AMO in February 2006. He is a seasoned professional with 21+ years experience in industry management with demonstrated strengths in productivity improvement. Mr. Lustek has extensive experience in the Commercial Sector including transportation, freight and small markets. He is a segmentation specialist and understands how to make small balance products profitable. Mr. Lustek's background includes a solid track record of accomplishments, awards and successive promotions in a highly competitive environment. Ben Norvell In November 2004, Ben Norvell joined AMO as the Director of Collector Productivity and was promoted to Vice President, Operations in November 2005. His major responsibilities have been a constant focus on revenue and client performance through improved file flow, inventory control and performance building activities. Ben is a 39 year industry veteran with many successes in every phase of the industry, to include operations, training, collector performance, skill building and client relations. In his past and present role, he has assumed an active role to implement positive changes in policies and procedures. Mr. Novell’s in-depth industry experience includes American Creditors Bureau, Payco and OSI. Most recently Ben was the Senior Vice President of Operations at OSI Financial Services.
